New Client information

  • Venus Allure is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen personal property that is brought into the salon.

  • We love kids, however salons are not safe. We do not allow children under the age of 12 to be unsupervised.

  • Visiting our spa? Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow time to complete the spa consultation form, and sip on a cup of tea.

  • We understand parking can be difficult so we offer many options for you. Clients can park in the Grand Central lot for 1 hour, our three designated spots for extended periods of time, on the street with metered parking, or under our building in the Grand Central parking garage for free.

Cancellation policy

  • If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you notify us as soon as you can. Missed appointments or those cancelled within less than 24 hours will be subject to half of the service fee, before scheduling your next visit.

  • Hair extension appointments require a 3-day minimum cancellation notice and hair must be paid for before scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled within 72 hours are subject to a non-refundable of deposit fee.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able to accommodate you for your scheduled service that day, we ask that you arrive with enough time to ensure you can find parking.

Salon Guarantee

  • At Venus Allure Salon and Spa, we guarantee all of our services. We want every client to feel listened to and taken care of. If you are unhappy with your service or did not receive what you requested, please inform us within 7 days from the original service date for a redo. Any redo requests made after 7 days from the original service date will be under the discretion of management approval.

  • Please allow us to style your hair after cutting and/or coloring services. Our stylists are trained to perfect your look on dry, correctly finished hair. If you leave the salon before the styling service is performed, you are relinquishing your rights to a redo service.

  • All redo requests or exchanges require management approval.

Return Policy

We hope that our initial product recommendations are spot on, but we understand sometimes there is something better suited for your needs. Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds, however we will always make time to set you up with a specialist to choose a product you will love!
